This is not a toy! This little steamer is the first for me. Have cats and bird and my house had this unpleasant odor. First I bought a brand new powerful upright and this got out dirt I never knew existed. Sadly, even with all the dirt gone, the smell persisted until I bought the Quicksteamer by Bissell. OMG it was embarrassing. This little machine picked up even more dirt, black dirty water. My beautiful orientals are 10 shades brighter and the unpleasant smell has finally found another place in which to reside. Bye, bye bad smell and dirt and hello springtime! It doesn't have the powerful rotating brush (have that on my vacuum) but it cleans and grooms beautifully. I have found that since using his cleaner and I used it often because it is actually fun to use, that the vacuum seems to pick up even more dirt than usual. I don't know the science behind it but between the Bissell cleaning solution and Quicksteamer action, you get one professional looking clean carpet afterwards. I went out and bought "Little Green" by Bissell too. Thats for tight small areas and stairs and Whow to that too.
Great Product This is just like the one my mother had when I was young. The floating on air feature works really great. I have a disability that makes vacuumming difficult at times. This moves easily and if it accidentally bumps my ankles, it doesn't even hurt. For me that matters a lot. It is also a nice looking machine so I don't feel so bad if it is sitting out when I have company. Actually it ends up being a conversation piece of sorts. I actually enjoy using it.
Powerful little guy I ordered this carpet cleaner because a friend of mine has one and she raved about it. The first time I used it I could see why she had been so happy. Lighter than my vacuum cleaner, but still does an amazing job of pulling the dirt up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does require frequent water fills/emptying. Has small fresh water and collection containers. But I'm sure if they were any larger, it would weigh the machine down as well. I do use it often because it's so light and easy to take out so maybe the small containers are done for a reason. It's also a breeze to clean, unlike some of the larger models. Just rinse it out and put it back together! Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
Great Product I really like this vacuum cleaner. It has three filtration methods which is good for me because I have asthma. You are able wash two of the devices which is also good so you don't have to replace it all the time. The vacuum cleaner was very easy to asemble. All you had to do was pretty much screw the handle on to the vacuum. You had to connect the other parts too which are not hard at all. It picks up fine dirt and other particles that are invisible and visible to the eye. It looks good and best of all it's worth the money. No bags to keep buying and/or looking for.
Works on bad stains. Not to get too graphic, but I have a sick cat. Her accidents leave horrible stains on my off-white carpet. It takes patience, a little elbow grease, and two treatments, but this product is the only thing that will get the stains out.
